Seller and scope

Fable and Loom is operated by T. Probst Creations, Haffnerstrasse 15, 4500 Solothurn, Switzerland. Contact: hello@fableandloomstudio.com.

These terms apply to purchases through our online store. We administer the shop from Switzerland and use Printify production partners for US fulfilment. Your purchase contract is with the seller identified above.

Products

Product pages describe the item's materials, dimensions, design and care requirements. Please read these details before ordering. Images illustrate the design and intended appearance; woven texture and screen settings may affect how colors appear. Disclosed tolerances do not remove your rights if an item is defective or does not match its description.

Orders

You can review and correct your order details before submitting payment. By placing an order, you offer to purchase the selected products under these terms. Our automatic order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We accept your order when we confirm that it has been sent to production or dispatched, whichever occurs first.

Please supply accurate contact and delivery information. If we cannot fulfil an order, or identify a material listing error affecting it, we will contact you to explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a different item or increase the agreed price without your agreement. If we cancel a paid order, we will promptly refund the payment.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown before payment. Payment is processed through the options available at checkout.

Changes to future prices do not change the price of an accepted order. Any promotion is subject to the conditions displayed with that offer.

Production and shipping

Products are made to order and fulfilled in the United States. Our Shipping Policy explains production estimates, delivery areas, charges, tracking and how we handle delays or missing shipments.

Returns and cancellations

Our Returns and Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. We do not offer voluntary change of mind returns for made to order products. We provide appropriate remedies for qualifying defects and order errors, and preserve all mandatory customer rights.

Use of the website

Please use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation or misuse its checkout or contact features. Our own designs, branding and website content may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission, except as allowed by law. Rights in third party content belong to their respective owners.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. It includes information about Shopify, fulfilment partners, business administration and your privacy choices.

Responsibility and customer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes a responsibility or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for our obligations as seller; the use of a production partner does not transfer those obligations to you.

Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Swiss law to the extent permitted by applicable law. This does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you, including protections under applicable US law, or your right to bring a claim in a competent court.

Updates

Updated terms apply to future orders from their stated effective date. The terms applicable to an existing purchase are those in effect when that purchase was agreed, unless a change is required by law.
